A two part introductory workshop with The Stella Luna exploring Fusion Belly Dance and Polynesian Dance (via the Hot Hula Fitness format). Stella began her belly dance training in 2015 at a local Denver studio under the Salimpour format. She grew quickly in her classical belly dance training and along the way discovered a curiosity for fusion belly dance. Her current stylization is representative of her fusion training. Amidst her belly dance training, she developed a deep love for Polynesian dance through Hot Hula Fitness. She received certification to teach Belly dance in 2018 and Hot Hula in 2020.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. No shoes!
Bring water and a snack if needed.
